Packing & Shipping
We pack big ginger in 10 kg carton boxes or 20 kg mesh bags depending on buyer requirements. A 40-ft reefer container can carry 15-27 metric tons of big ginger, depending on packing style and size. We maintain cold chain or proper temperature control to preserve freshness during transit.
Harvest and Supply
Harvest season for big ginger in Vietnam is concentrated between November and January, with supply extending into March depending on region. However, we have established supply channels so that we can offer big ginger all year-round when requested.
